This is the application for applying or renewing a Clubs Affiliation with the MSRBA.

Be sure to send this completed form along with the $15.00 fee via the paypal link below.

All local club officers and directors must be ARBA and MSRBA members in good standing.

MSRBA Board representatives must reside in Minnesota, as per ARBA and MSRBA Requirements.

For roster insertion in the MSRBA Bulletin and on the website add $50.00 for one (1) year insertion fee.

*Send a copy to the Bulletin Editor as you wish it to be printed in each issue and placed on the website. If you want you can leave physical address off and only include city, phone and/or email contact information.

If adding Insertion fee with application fee, the total would be $65.00!

Please attach a completed copy of the Club’s membership, including adults and youth to the MSRBA Secretary/Treasurer:

STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORM:

Scroll back to this area and click on the PAY HERE button. You will get a pop-up window that will take you to PayPal. Be sure to select the “Friends and Family” option! If you do not, your application will be delayed until the additional fees are paid. The payment form will open in a new window. Do not close the application window until it is submitted or you will have to fill the form out again.
Once you send payment, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form to send the membership info to the secretary. She will process your application and send a welcome email with important information.

All funds are to be paid in United States Currency only.
