Here are some of my favorite drink mixes that we always have on hand, especially in the winter!
Hot Coco mix:
8 oz instant non-fat dry milk
1 lb nestle quick
6 oz plain coffee mate powdered creamer
1/2 cup powdered whole milk
(I buy it off amazon – Hoosier Hill Farm All American Dairy Whole Milk Powder),
mix well and store in air tight container.
Use 1/3 cup per 8 ounces of hot water.
Cappuccino Mix:
1/3 cup Folgers Instant Crystal Coffee
8 oz nestle quick
8 oz jar coffee mate flavored powdered creamer
Mix well, use 1/3 cup per 8 ounces of hot water, stir well.
Russian Tea:
1 cup instant tea (with/without lemon/sugar),
1 cup sugar
1 package pre-sweetened lemonade
(I use the country time lemonade container like the tang one, just add enough powder to make a 2 qt batch lemonade)
1lb 4 oz jar tang
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground cloves
Mix well. Use 2-4 tsp per 8 ounces of hot water (I like mine a bit more strong so I do 2 tbsp per 8 ounce cup).
