Single Adult or Single Youth Membership

This is the application for a Single Adult or Single Youth Membership.

There is also the option to add additional youth.

Be sure to chose the correct option for to total number of people you are applying for under one of the dropdown menus.

(EX: one adult +3 youth for 3-year term)

This is for New Members and Current Members who are Renewing their Memberships.

Youth are those that are living in the same household that have not yet reached their 19th birthday.

All youth listed on this form must have their birthdates included!

STEPS TO COMPLETE THE FORM:

1. Fill out the form information completely.
2. Scroll back to this area and click on the PAY HERE button, You will get a pop-up window that will take you to PayPal. Be sure to select the “Friends and Family” option! If you do not, your application will be delayed until the additional fees are paid. The payment form will open in a new window. Do not close the application window until it is submitted or you will have to fill the form out again.
3. Once you send payment, click on the submit button at the bottom of the form to send the membership info to the secretary. She will process your application and send a welcome email with important information.

The Membership and Sweepstakes year runs from July 1st of the current year to June 30th of the following year.

(ex: July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025)

Membership includes the Quarterly Club Bulletin (Magazine/Newsletter). This periodical includes club information, affiliated club information, upcoming show dates, information for youth members, and more.

If you only want a 1 Year membership then select from that dropdown option. If you only want a 3 Year membership then select from that dropdown option.

All funds are to be paid in United States Currency only.
